OUTLAWZ Monday Greeting Card Challenge 071017

This is my first challenge with this group.  The challenge is to create a greeting card and use a sentiment and some cut element.  I chose to create a banner type sentiment banner for my sentiment.  The card is actually a matchbook style card.

The paper, image and sentiments I used on this card are from this month's Club Scrap Vintage Botany Kit.  I used wink of stella on the flowers to give them a little shine.

Happy Birthday Mouse - June Mystery Image Swap

June was my month to provide an image for the group to create a card or something.  I chose a cute spinner style image (has a front and back) from Art Impressions.  Instead of doing a spinner card, I chose to create a double shaker card.  I used Queen and Company diamond toppings in the shaker.  The paper was from Stampin Up.  Image was colored with Copic markers.

Canadian Friends - July Mystery Image Swap

This month's image came from Heather.  The stamp is from High Hope Stamp company in Canada, the owner sent enough for the group of 12; how nice.  I used Club Scrap paper on this card along with Copic markers.  I fussy cut the image and pop dotted it on the base.

Gnome Home Hello - May Mystery Image

This month's Mystery Image is Gnome Home.  I know Gnome's usually have gray beards but my feeling is they all aren't old lol.  I used Oxide Distress Inks for the background.  I used alcohol inks to color everything else.  I also used Nuvo Crystal Drops for the flower and green embellishments.

Mystery Images - January & February

I belong to the Mystery Image Swap group on Splitcoast Stampers.  Each month someone sends each member of the group a stamped image to create a card and then we post online then send to our assigned person,

This card I created for the February swap, I'm not really a cat fan but this image is so cute.  I like how the card I created turned out.  The fold for this card is called a Dutch Fold.

This card is the January card I created very tropical, great for those of us living in the cold.

Week 1 of Club Scraps Winter PSL

The challenge for this week is to use 3 of a kind on a card or Scrapbook page.  Below are some cards I created for this challenge using Succulent paper from this month's kit along with a double page scrapbook layout using Hops and Barley paper with pictures of my youngest son when we were in San Diego this past Thanksgiving week during beer tasting which was perfect for this paper.
