Misty Blue Challenge

This card was done for a Challenge on Scraps of Color.  We were supposed to use at least 2 mist colors, washi tape and a title. 

Products used:
Midnight Blue, Mimosa, and Denim blue glimmer mist
blue dotted washi tape and blue and freen washi tape were used on bottom of tag
Darice folder used on tag and top layer of card
Bow was made with envelope punch
2 blue goosebumps from Queen and Company.
