I created this tag for a doll swap I'm in.  I chose this theme because this is always a fun time in Saratoga during the late July/August months.  Horse racing is the big event during the summer.  Saratoga Springs is a tourist town that always has something going on year round.  I moved from there almost two years now but was back there last month for my son's fiance's baby shower. 

The dolls clothes were created using Club Scrap Paper.  Coloring was done using Copic markers.  Tag was also created using club Scrap paper.
